SAFETY – OUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!

Throughout our entire organization we are committed to the safety and health of our employees and every individual we come in contact with while performing our work. Our commitment is based on a proactive and positive approach to safety - without compromise - for our personnel, our customer’s personnel and all that work around us - while doing everything within our control to prevent accidental damage to property, equipment and other assets while performing our tasks.

Prior to employment with our company, every new Construct employee must successfully complete our safety orientation program, including documented tests for workplace safety comprehension and pass pre-employment multi-panel substance-abuse screening. Once a prospective employee meets our pre-hire requirements and receives our “Employee Safety Handbook” they begin work under the watchful eyes of their Supervisor and fellow Construct employees. Safety training and random substance-abuse testing continues with all of our employees throughout their career with Construct.

Before starting a new project, Construct staff and field Supervisors review safety aspects of the tasks at hand with our clients and crafts personnel. Once the job is underway, they conduct regular and on-going safety training – including daily “tool-box” safety meetings and reviews with our project personnel.

Safety - our number ONE priority - is continuously reinforced as our Safety Manager conducts supplemental safety training, site visits and evaluations to emphasize our focus on safety.
